With bright and welcoming premises, we wish to be a good meeting place for everyone. On this page you will find some information about our facilities. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Falstadsenteret is well adapted for strollers and wheelchairs. The entire center meets the requirements for universal design in public buildings. Our conference room is equipped with a telephone loop.
For families with children
Children of all ages are warmly welcomed to the Falstad centre. We offer a few activities for children. On the main floor there is an area with drawing materials, pearls and jigsaw puzzles, and our library and museum shop also contains some childrens’ books and other items for children that align with our values. Our digital reconstruction of the SS camp provides many great experiences across generations.
Unfortunately, there are no lockers at the centre. However, you may leave your outerwear and bags in the wardrobe at your own risk.
We have a small café at the reception. Here you can buy coffee, tea, snacks and refreshments. In the summer months we also have a selection of ice cream.
In our museum shop we offer a wide selection of books, postcards and souvenirs.
In our library we have a rich selection of literature, fiction, films and magazines that reflect our disciplines. Here you can sit down and read, or borrow a book to go.
The library is open to the public during museum hours.
