Study exhibition coupled with educational programs for schools visiting the Falstad Centre 2016–2018.During World War II, 4,200 People were imprisoned in Falstad prison camp. During these years a large number of letters were sent in and out of the prison camp. Some through ordinary mail, and thus through the camp’s censorship. Others were smuggled in secret, With the help of illegal networks and civilian courage. Many of these letters have been preserved for over 70 years, reminiscent of much appreciated signs of life from loved ones.
