The Falstad Centre offers taught sessions on the topics of Falstad prison camp, WWII, and human rights.
Our educational offerings cater to pupils, students, adults, and other groups. Every year, more than 6,000 visitors come to the Falstad Centre to participate in our taught sessions. Students aged 13-19 constitute the largest visitor groups. Our educational sessions can be adapted on request. For booking and further information, please contact us.
Human rights and history
Human rights and history are core topics in the Falstad Centre’s educational offerings. Through our teaching we aim to create increased understanding of connections between the past, the present, and the future. The particular history of Falstad is used as a basis for reflecting on human rights and democracy.
